In-Home Nursing Services

We welcome any feedback that can help us improve the service we provide to you. 

 

Participants can also tell a person they trust what the problem is so they can address it with us. They can call us, send a letter or email or make a time to meet in person.

In-person/Verbally:

In writing:

  • You can make your complaint in writing anonymously, by mailing a letter of complaints form (you can download here) and send it to:  AH Nursing & Health Services, PO Box 1083, Glenelg South SA 5045
