In-Home Nursing Care (NDIS Participants)
Our highly-qualified Registered Nurses provide 1:1 person-centred care to paediatric and adult NDIS participants with complex health and or disability needs in the comfort of their own home, to improve or maintain their health and well-being, and to assist in supporting their overall goals.
Per the NDIS Pricing Arrangement and Price Limit 2023-24, AH Nursing & Health Services can support in-home nursing via NDIS funding from both Capacity Building - Improved Daily Living &/OR Core – Assistance with Daily Life funding.
AH Nursing & Health Services provides disability-related high-intensity health supports in areas such as:
Dysphagic Support
Bowel Care
Epilepsy (and seizure management)
Subcutaneous Injections
Medical Injections and Medication Administration
Continence Care
Airway Management (Tracheostomy, Ventillator, and Continuous Oxygen Suction Support)
Enteral Feeding
Diabetes Management
Urinary Catheter Management
Wound Care
Post-Operative Care
Complex Care Needs
We will care for you or your loved one according to their documented health plans, individualised for each NDIS participant.
In-home nursing shifts can be booked:

At any time during the day or evening

Overnight

Weekends
The team at AH Nursing & Health Services will make a time to talk through you/your loved ones individual needs. This will ensure both you/the participant and our services are aligned before a potential meet and greet to make sure we’re a good working fit.
